I dont have shsh for 3.1.2 but after spirit jb I backed it up can I use it for downgrade 3.1.2?

Hey Guys,

I have 3gs 3.1.3 (downgrade from ios4) oldboot (MB) BB 05.13.04 JB with Spirit.
You noticed that this pwnage for not Spirit JB.
My question is there a way to upgrade to ios4 with this pwnage jb or how can I do it.
