Constitution and the Bill of Rights trumps the Homeland Security act. And what threat does standing and recording pose? Yelling at cars seems like speech to me cars can't be victims either. Just cause someone may be violent because of another person legal actions doesn't mean you should stop the legal action. He can go where ever he wants in public. Taking away rights isn't a way to protect children as those rights will be gone when they grow up and then the will be unprotected adults.

You are pretty ignorant of the law and our basic rights, he has a right to record in public areas all he wants no consent needed. The police can ask but can't demand the have contact him and that is as much as the can do if he decided not to cooperate.

I agree with you with the exception of her breaking the law she didn't she can ask questions and such as much as he can as long as she doesn't cause any harm she is fine filming him right back and asking him questions.

Talking or explaining what he is doing could ruin his case. Most law professionals and even police tell you not to talk to anyone for any reason untill you have no other choice(Judges order) or your lawyer tells you it is okay. He isn't breaking a law and your children don't circumvent his rights.

Completely agree to hold parents accountable, that is why I can support my family. My dad made sure I was capable. But do you expect parents to teach kids everything, do parents know everything to be able to teach them. If so we don’t even needs schools so we can get rid of them all together. But that isn’t going to happen so lets try to fix the current system that is broke.

Our school system is broken, I speak as someone who went through it not too long ago. This is at least a attempt to hopefully improve the current state of things. I would rather try something new and have it not work than continue on the same path that doesn’t work.

The receipt have the time and location and most all fast food locations have cameras and who knows maybe they even paid with a credit card or went inside so the camera could get a good picture.

Many Chainsaws now are built now for new things like art, ice and such. Just because things were originally for one thing and now is also for a new doesn't make it still tied solely to the original. So many good things have come from things that originally were bad.

Guns aren't manufactured to only kill. I and alot of my friends love to sport and target shoot. I have bought guns with the intention of never pointing it at a person or animal just at clay and paper targets for fun. You arguement is pretty sad and short sighted. I'm sure there are plenty of countries that outlaw guns that would love to have you, take a trip south.

I may be mixing up other states laws but I'm pretty sure in Washington it is illegal to have a loaded gun in a car unless you have your concealed pistol license. Unless the children had one that is where he broke the law when he left the gun loaded in the car. I also remember there being a law that you are not allowed to leave children in a car as well. Sure it is sad and nothing is going to fix it but we could say that about alot of crimes.

I like how they say very few are high users but they are slowing everyone down but if you pay more it is ok for them to slow everyone down. Kind of seems if they want to solve the problem is to cap people but then they would lose money so instead they go by the theory that it is bad unless we can charge you more. They won't fix the speed but the extra money they get from you makes slowing other users down okay.

When I was in school less than 10 years ago I was placed in home economics. After reviewing the curriculum going through the text book and talking to the teacher I dropped the class the 2nd week. There was nothing to learn that I hadn't already become more than capable at. For example balancing a check book, Baking a cake, doing the laundry, using a sewing machine, basic child care. It was to me a big waste of time though a lot of my classmates may have benefited from it my siblings and I would not. Our parents taught us it. To require me to take it would have wasted my parents, the teachers and my time. Requiring classes only leads to bloat and people taking classes they don’t need.
