Hooking Up Smart : What Women Really Love About Bad Boys

"Some cheated, some just left outright when the boredom got too much. Thank heaven the courts look sympathetically at the female persuasion these days when it comes to divorce- things didnt work out to badly for the wives." Wow. I propose we stricken the phrase "sanctity of marriage" from our vernacular. I think I died a little inside reading that. Thank heaven that the courts were sympathetic to wives who cheated or left because they were bored?
As a neuroscience major, you would know that the substance doesn't really matter so much as that substance's effect at receptor sites on cells. Straight dopamine would be nonselective, which would mean you could always do better pharmacologically since levodopa can lead to addiction.
As far as magic dopamine pills, there's Cabergoline:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cabergoline It's supposedly enables men to have multiple orgasms. As for psycho bitches, I don't really understand the appeal. Independent, free-spirited type, sure, but if she's getting in bar fights...
Hooking Up Smart : Will We Import Japan's Peculiar Sexuality?

This wikipedia explains some about what masculinity means in that cultural model:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geert_Hofstede I'd have to say that this is a combination of economic factors, a repressive society, and a tolerance for the subsequent sexual perversions. Obviously things like subway groping are a widespread problem, but I have to wonder how much of a problem some of the other reported items are. Over here we have GameCrush, where omegas pay to play video games with girls. How sad is that?
Hooking Up Smart : Girls Who Get It

Is there a forum plugin you could use to replace the comment section for your posts? It would solve the problem with the limit on comment length. Reading some of the comments made me think of this one girl who sat next to me in a class I had. In retrospect, I figured she was into me and I'm not sure why I didn't do something about it. She was rather quiet. Also, she looked like this girl I knew from 6th grade. Obviously she looked older, and the girl from 6th grade was cute, but it was kind of weird nonetheless.
The daily beast has been putting out pieces on bullying lately, including one about stars that were bullied: http://www.thedailybeast.com/blogs-and-stories/20... My recent post Having Visible Abs Is Completely Unnatural for a Human

These types of stories pop up from time to time and I get pissed whenever I hear about them. The faculty and the parents just look the other way and policy never changes. Usually bullying stems from insecurity but this is some Jerry Springer shit with the "he stole my man" routine. Just pathetic.
Hooking Up Smart : Only Four Words Stand Between You and the Girl of Your Dreams

I'm confused on the whole "intelligence carried on the X chromosome" When I took a genetics class, I was taught that one of a female's X chromosome was all but completely inactivated into a Barr body, and which X was inactivated was random. Also, I don't know how there is an "averaging out" of Xs with females when one is a Barr body, but it seems that having only one X is the reason why males are more common on the extreme ends of the IQ bell curve. The class was at the 200 level, so maybe I needed to take a 400 or 500 level class to understand it.

Hooking Up Smart : How Obamacare Could Change What Turns Women On

Have you noticed how leading male roles for American action-type movies have been going to non-American men? Sam Worthington, Clive Owen, Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale, etc. It must be a conspiracy. Communists must be tampering with the water supply. Feminists commies. PMAFT said so.

When I took Calc II, there was only one girl in the class. One day, she had the solution to a problem no one else in the class could get. It was pretty HAWT. Well, not really but it was impressive nonetheless. She was pretty to boot, too.

American culture as of late is severely lacking in manners. Oh, and the bad boy isn't necessarily rude and uncouth towards his girl. Just people he looks down on, people that get in his way, etc.

This seems like deja vu since I think I've said this in another comment before, but it goes back to the oft-repeated saying that all the good ones (those with alpha and beta traits) are taken. The rest are undateable. Except for the bad boys. Those can be tamed, right? I get the feeling that my parents raised me to be the last bastion of manners and chivalry. This is a losing strategy. Let someone else save the world.

Well, email notifications are working for me now. I said that betas are chasing girls out of their league because that is what I've read from some of your other readers' comments. Although, there is a habit of people going for the wrong type when it comes to the mating game. The heart wants what the heart wants.
