This will never hold up in court - it would be tantamount to state sanctioned theological murder, if it were to pass: Everyone who had offended someone's religious sensibilities would be a target *later that day*.... If they do try it, whilst I am sure it will fail I'm equally sure it will cause a shitstorm as well.
