Well DQ10 would be a day one purchase for me even after what they did to Hitman. I haven't played one since 7 and that was a day one purchase for me too. If I'm not mistaken a lot of their RPGs on 3DS and such have done quite well over here. I'm personally not interested in their FF series but I don't think its cool what they've been doing with it with fans of the series.

I tried cancelling as soon as I saw the pre release footage. I was too late. I really wanted it to be good to. Oh well, back to Fantasy Life, MK8, Hyrule, Smash on Fri and others haha.

I was wondering what the deal was with that. I had an update going the other night when I was trying to snag RE Revelations for the sale price and the eshop was down due to maintenance. A system update was in my active downloads but showed an error.

This is where the job losses and so forth come into play. A 1st party title should work damn near flawlessly. I have a sneaking suspicion that Sony is using PS+ sub money and so forth to not reinvest some in the infrastructure but cover other losses. I do feel for the Sony folks that have a driving game urge as this doesn't seem like it will satisfy that anytime soon.
