Love the craft posts! They're all impressive. Have to admit I've never seen a perler as large and complex as 7. And I'd love to have that watch.

(And I still keep forgetting to get a good pic and submit the one fan craft thing I've done. Been a few months since I made it too. :-P )

Interesting team-up, looking forward to it. I know the art style is a bit divisive, but I like it. Seems to be a love it or hate it thing tho.

But is Gilda aware of Rarity's previous sports uniform attempt?

I didn't even get a chance to see the list before seeing this response. Looking back at it I'm kinda surprised someone didn't call out "Starlight Express" as a clue that it could be fake. That's the title of a REAL Andrew Lloyd Webber musical - not a very popular one tho. While riffing on existing titles is something the writers do a lot (and I would love to see an actual "Fear and Clothing in Las Pegasus" episode!) I doubt they would use an existing title verbatim like that - copyright / trademark issues dontcha know?

Hmmm - I just concocted a headcanon as to why Sonata would be a pony and not a siren on returning to Equestria. The sirens were all ponies to start with, but their gems changed them to sirens. Since the gems were broken tho, they're back to being ponies when they return.

I dunno, just popped in my head. Maybe someone with way more talent than I have could come up with a good fic concerning the origins of the gems and the sirens. Maybe the creator of the siren gems is the same pony / entity that created the alicorn amulet.
