There's one only major flaw in your little plan: Ziggler's case is only for the World Championship. WWE has gone out of their way to tell us, whenever it's brought up, that his case is for the World title. Not the WWE title.

Will Ziggler be the WWE champion in future, maybe. But not at Mania'.
