Not too sure what you mean with talking out of line, I've only mentioned being careful with potentially sensitive information.

TheElitist : The sharding problem

Though this concept isn't that bad this basically takes away the whole MMO part, this basically just makes most of the game a Multiplayer RPG, same reason I didn't like GW1 that much.

You mean station trading ? yeah only happens in trade hubs as it's impossible elsewhere

One thing I wonder about is how one would handle station trading, as you keep changing the price sometimes every few minutes. Wouldn't that become a pain to continuously propagate to excel sheets or something ?

The key is indeed keeping a tab on what you're trading and how much it is earning you, without an overview it's gonna get tricky. Though I'd prefer having my transaction data pulled from my wallet, yet that's kinda tricky.

Hmm mineral cost, I don't really see how that's related to trading, I guess you're talking about manufacturing. And what do you mean by complications with the cache API, it's a lot faster and easier to use the cache as you can write a script to scan through the entire market and the analyser will analyse them without requiring you to export the market logs.

http://eveoganda.blogspot.com/ : Attempted Hack

Hmm well I run all my proprietary domains through google apps too, so it filters them out, perhaps google should make an API mail transfer agents can hook into. Oh yeah and as I said the link text that's displayed can be different from the site it's directed to.

I can't really tell if it's a spam mail without seeing the URL, however nowadays they use HTML to display a different link in the mail than it actually directs to. Also 1000s of spam mails, how do you do that, I only get a few a day, and that's the ones that google doesn't catch.

If they did indeed do the same thing for everyone that day than there's less of a problem, however would this mean that onlining a POS during downtime is also an exploit ? or a station for that matter ?
