Dude, how on earth dare you complain about Iniesta's vision?! In case you've missed it, it was Iniesta's vision that won us the champions league last season! I'm talking about the first two goals against Arsenal in Camp Nou. He set up Messi beautifully for the first goal. Then there is also the assist to Pedro against Madrid. Or the assist to Xavi against Madrid....!! Sometimes I think some people just don't deserve the beauty of Barcelona.

Tonight it struck me how it is impossible for a lot of people to understand exactly what these players are doing because they expect barcelona to play the way they do. These people will appreciate and admire the flashy dribbles, quick passing and many goals, but I doubt that they fully acknowledge how good these players are. Halfway through the game I heard the commentator say: "Barca have again degraded a respected professional team with world class players to a bunch of disorientated amateurs."... I'm so grateful I have the opportunity to witness these kind of games. And i'm grateful for Xavi Hernandez in particular. Enough said.

I always like your posts on TB, but i think this one is a little over the top. No matter how unfair, arrogant or just plain stupid Mourinho may behave in his professional career or even personal life, he does not deserve to be compared with a dictator who is responsible for the death of more than 40 million people... Other than that, I too believe that it would be better if the barca staff used protective glasses from now on! ;-)

Whenever Guardiola does a press conference, he always gives the impression that he is an outsider. As if he has no hand in the way this barcelona team plays football and he is just an ex-player, lucky enough to be in the front seat, seeing this team perform. I think we will only realize what immense part Guardiola plays in the succes of Barcelona at the moment when he quits... Let's hope that moment is still far ahead of us!

Very true! We witnessed a similar incident last year when david villa was on the ground and both ramos and arbeloa forced him on his feet. I find that a dangerous development in modern football! Any player could cover up a foul just by pulling the victim up, acting as if he just pretended to be hit... This can not be allowed! However, Gervinho shouldn't have reacted the way he did ofcourse...

What on earth was Abi doing? This was by far his worst game for barca! They have some serious defensive training to do... Some great moments: - Villa's goal was orgasmic! - Messi gesturing at Mou to step back into his box - Xavi's lob over a white shirt silenced everyone except for 10 people whispering: "oooh!" - Alexis' and Thiago's dribbles in a square foot - Iniesta making a fool out of Callejon... - the linesman giving Pedro a wicked face Alexis is sure to do some damage this season!
