Extend the light rails to every farm house and every rural residence no matter if it is on a dead end road. Put a transit stop on every corner. Then put heavy rail tracks next to them to every factory everywhere. Install traffic light sensors so that trains can control the traffic lights. Junk all semis. Tax cars out of existence along with gas stations. Make the train passenger cars large enough that my neighbors and I can carry ten bags of groceries from the store to home. And don’t forget room to carry lumber, plywood, new lawnmowers, etc. Level square miles of land to park train passenger cars during off peak periods when they are not used during rush hours or to haul school kids. Also there is no right to drive a car. If there was no distinction, would there then be no need for permits and licenses? Manchester, a Republican, recently bought the San Diego Union Tribune. It's still Socialist. It chooses the most liberal dispatches from the AP and NYT. It suppresses any facts contradicting its lies. It switched commenting to Facebook. It switches visibility on comments so that comments that it does not like, like those linking to Dept. of Labor Statistics pointing out discrepancies in their stories, are made visible only to the poster and no one else. In that way the poster believes he has posted a comment, but only he can see it. Many have caught on. Comments have dropped about 90% on some topics. Inquiries to QA/CM and Readers Rep. are ignored. There is little hope. I would like to see a TEA protest in front of the Newspaper orifice. Since the merge of the two major San Diego papers twenty some years ago leaving only the more liberal staff, the entire readership area has become DemonRat.

Before LBJ's War on Poverty. Unemployment among young black and white men was about equal. After women learned they could make more by having kids and no man than having a man or a man and kids, they adopted. My niece was (and still is) married to a man who could only work part time. She is very smart and wanted to get a nursing degree. She had some medical prroblems with high medical bills. She was told repeatedly that welfare could not help unless she had kids. But if she had kids, then she would not be able to attend classes. We helped her quite a bit, but it wasn't enough. She was bright, highly motivated, and well organized with a good prospective future. Eventually she had kids, moved back across country, and her family is living with their disabled mother. What a waste.

Stanford University has received $225 Million from ExxonMobil, Toyota and Schlumberger for its Global Climate and Energy Project.
