So we, the working tax payer, get to pay the state of Massachussettes nearly FORTY MILLION dollars for nothing that will benefit any of us!!! Did it ever occur to the very rich Mr. Kerry that maybe the money should come from the Kennedy's for these projects and at the very least, from rich donors, like himself, and/or the people who live in that state? So sad to see how the people are fleeced......at least if you're unemployed, you don't have to pay taxes to be wasted away on nothing that really helps Americans and our country!!!
