IAMfourzerotwo : Team FeaR - Call of Duty 4 National Champions

"Future updates" LOL. What future updates I wonder? The playlists that were promised MONTHS ago? Or how about the shitty matchmaking you said you would look into but obviously couldn't give a fuck about? "Future updates" haha that made me laugh. I won't be buying the next IW game if it doesn't have a matchmaking filter, it's that simple.

Screw the playlists. Us Australians can't play without lagging like anything. Looks like I will play WaW instead. Treyarch actually care about the whole picture, not just Americans. Ridiculous, IW.

I'll only buy WaW for the matchmaking filter, something which CoD4 lacks and has ignored our want of it for the last 6 or so months.

So, Australian matchmaking fix. Let's hear about it. Treyarch managed to do it (matchmaking filter) but you can't. Unbelievable.

Screw the playlists, give us a matchmaking filter. Even the CoD5 BETA has one. It's not that hard IW. Ask Treyarch for theirs? They are using your engine after all...

IAMfourzerotwo : What Makes An Awesome Collectors Edition?

402, you disappoint me. Stop raving about random crappy goddamn action figures when you could be pushing for a much-needed update to matchmaking for Australians. I won't be buying CoD: WaW because I am not going to waste money on some shitty World War crap. If you keep up this shocking support for CoD4 I won't want to buy your next project either. Do something.

Unbelievable Rob. You are losing support from me fast. Make a post about the Australian matchmaking problems. We only want a fair go. It's not like we pay any less than the Americans (we pay more actually). This is ridiculous.

IAMfourzerotwo : Double XP Is Imminent

I would appreciate it if you could make a post detailing what you are planning to do about the Australian matchmaking issues. Promises in comments aren't enough I am afraid. This a big problem and all we want is a fair go. One little country filter and we all be happy. It cannot be that hard to add search by country in a patch to the game. Especially since the whole southern hemisphere is getting screwed over in matchmaking at the moment due to the servers conducting these "fair host-determining tests" are conveniently located in the United States. Making every single player from the United States have a better chance of getting host REGARDLESS of connection speed. The matchmaking servers check for latency NOT connection speed so therefore one American with 1mbit internet will beat nine Australians with 24mbit internet every single time. Because the latency to American from Australia never changes no matter how fast your connection is. We are asking for a fair go. Right now we are not getting it. Call of Duty 4 is an awesome game and a lot of people like it. But I like it less and less with Infinity Ward constantly ignoring a problem that effects almost the whole southern hemisphere. Seriously, I would *much* rather a better matchmaking experience (no lag) than some new playlists. The only way we are going to get a fair go if Infinity Ward admit there is a problem with matchmaking for this side of the world and come up with a solution to fix it. We can only hope. I am seriously tired of been given the same old "we are investigating the issue" excuse every single time this comes up. What's it going to take to get our voices heard, Rob? - Mark
