It's an annual survey. They collect a bunch of info on bronies, compile it all together and report the results. They use it to find a whole bunch of demographic info on the fandom. Like how old the average fan is, male/female fan ratio, which pony is the favorite of most bronies, where most fans live, when they started watching the show, and even what kind of person they are.

It's all completely voluntary and confidential. It's just used to see what the average fan is like and how the fandom has changed (if at all) over the years.

My Brother has been working on Barony for about a year and a half and it's building into something cool. He's got a small team working with him now, including a professional composer. What he doesn't have, is feedback. He doesn't know very much about advertising, so not very many people know about the game. If you guys could take it for a spin, that would be awesome, because my brother is a bit upset from how few downloads he's gotten and he's not sure what to do to get people to notice his work.

I know you guys like games, so why not try this one? A download and a comment on the forum or in reply to this post would help a lot in lifting my older Brother's spirits.

Besides, it's free and a small download, so it wouldn't hurt to help out. Just remember, it's still in the alpha stages, so there are a lot changes to come.

And yes, as a pony fan, he has included some pony references and easter eggs. ;)

I love this story more than any other work of fiction ever. I mean that it. This story is SO MUCH FUN. It's better than Past Sins or any other Fan Fic.

It's a shining jewel on fimfic and EQD should be ashamed it hadn't approved it sooner.
