I didn't hear of ANY tea party until AFTER b.o. started ramming obamacare down our throats. That started after the stimulus was passed in 2009. If Ron Paul's movement had any success, it wasn't nationwide. His site celebrates Dec. 16th of each year, which is when the Boston Tea Party happened. The Tea Party Patriots stand on the slogan "Taxed Enough Already". I'm not confusing anything here sail. But, if you support Ron Paul, more power to you. I'm for getting our country back on track by following the Constitution and working towards becoming a Republic again.

You are confusing 2 different groups here, sail. The Tea Party Patriots was founded in 2009 by Jenny Beth Martin and Mark Meckler. That is the "Party" that has swept across America. As far as Ron Paul goes, if nothing else, you have brought attention to his "movement", but it in no way has swept across America like the Patriots have.

There is NO commitment to our constitution! To him and the liberals it's a "living" document that can be changed at will to mean whatever they need it to mean at that time. Sorry Alfred, but I have to disagree with you. Obama isn't a CLOWN - there's absolutely NOTHING funny about him. He HAS been accomplishing his agenda. It took all of us a while to figure it out, but he's systematically destroying our country. It's all very contrived and methodically thought out. What I don't get is that it is apparent that he hates capitalism and free enterprise, yet he and Michelle are living the high life BECAUSE of those very things. Congress chose to keep Clinton in office because they feared Gore being pres! Clinton was the better choice of the 2. I believe if obama is impeached it will be necessary to try him for treason and other high crimes, of which the list is long. Biden isn't going to sign a Ex Order to release obama's records because that would destroy him and his presidency as well. Our best and only hope is for Darrell Issa and his team to be able to do the investigations he wants to do. That will only come about if the conservatives regain control in Nov.

This is totally my hope, too, Chuck. Only, my hope is that we could uncover proof that he wasn't even qualified to be pres, thus nullifying his WHOLE administration. He has already done enough to be tried for treason. Unfortunately, if we only impeach obama, we will still have to deal with Biden (as he would become pres) and I don't see him signing anything to release obama's records. He's just as bad as obama. At least with Biden, I don't think he will have the backing to get things done like obama has. If anyone thinks obama doesn't know what he's doing, think again. He has been following a systematic plan to dismantle this country and but us in a position of weakness both economically and militarily.
