All judges, including Supreme Court Justices, can be impeached for bad behaviour. It is a common misconception that all Federal Judges are appointed for life. This is only true as long as the appointed judges remain in good behaviour. ARTICLE III, SECTION 1 of the U.S. Constitution states: The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

During the 1990s, I read about such an incident in Kentucky 60-some years earlier in which corrupt county officials tried to close the polling places countywide on election day that year. Angry citizens went to every polling place in that county and forced the corrupt county officials to reopen the polling places - AT GUNPOINT! The enraged citizens then voted those corrupt county officials out in a landslide. I tried to Google the incident, but was unable to find anything on it. I have the webpage saved on my computer as a Webpage Complete (.htm). I tested the URL after replying to your comment, but I can no longer access the article from The Standard Ltd on their website. I get redirected to something called Internet Archive Wayback Machine which states that the article has not been archived. Therefore, I deleted my reply.

The only difference is that the Obama logo has a white rising sun in a blue sky while the Communist Party USA logo has a dark red sun with a bright yellow hammer and sickle in it rising in a red sky. No, the House of Representatives impeaches by bringing Articles of Impeachment against the President and votes on them. If the House impeaches, then the Senate votes to either acquit or convict. If the President is acquitted, then (s)he remains in Office; if the President is convicted, then (s)he is deposed (removed from Office). Rap "music" is the mentality of urban street punks of all races. I moved out of a mostly white ghetto neighborhood in Detroit in August 2008. The mostly white gang-bangers constantly played that (c)rap. You could hear those creeps coming from two blocks away because the loud "fart bass" from the gangsta (c)rap they played would vibrate their cars! They would also walk down the middle of the street with their pants so low that 3 or 4 inches of their undershorts would show above the waistband. They looked and behaved as if they had just gotten out of prison. It was disgusting! The few black people in the ethnically diverse Dearborn Heights neighborhood I moved into, proudly displayed McCain-Palin yard signs during the 2008 election. My black neighbors HATE Obama, and are not afraid to say so. Thankfully, there are no gang-banger/rapper types where I presently reside. The Dearborn Heights Police do not tolerate them. Neither do we residents.
