The city leaders just forgot about it as they were smarter the the ones that did the report. The ones we have today are even worse. The leaders were more interested in haveing their pockets padded then the safetey of the people. Sadly there is NO quick fix but it will take years to safe guard the city so this will not happen again. Maybe some more stainless steel trees and bike pathes will help.
