Hey Eve - Crazy, small world, huh? Thanks for the comment! I initially found the dressing at Whole Foods, but I've seen it in other chains like Super Fresh as well. See you at the park!

The correct number of natural (i.e., cork) wine closures is 239. Congratulations to Audrey Schindler , she was the person with the closest guess (without going over)! She posted her guess (230) on the WineLife365 FaceBook Page. http://www.facebook.com/pages/WineLife365/1531005...

MaryMae, if you search "wine glass that holds a whole bottle of wine" you'll get several options. These giant XL glasses can be found as low as $10 at some sites. Cheers!

WineLife365 : Wine Dictionary - Amarone

Amarone can typically age for quite a long time. The taste of an Amarone can drastically change as it ages. They can go from showcasing big vibrant fruit to a more deep and slightly bitter taste as they go10 years past the vintage date. Whether Amarone is drunk young or old is a matter of personal taste. I say open it and give it a try. The 1988 Santi is unfortunately not a collectible. It has a value of around $40 US. Because of the age of the wine, I’d recommend letting the bottle stand for a day or two before opening it. When you’re ready to drink it, be sure to decant it and let it breathe for about 30 minutes. Also have a screen or a filter over your decanter. Chances are this wine may have a lot grape residue sitting at the bottom of the bottle. Be careful while pouring it into your decanter. Enjoy the experience! Hopefully, the wine will be delicious! Cheers!

A couple of the standout’s from the US were Fulcrum Wines (outstanding Pinot Noir) and Mettler Family Vineyards. From France, Cave de Vignerons of Chusclan showcased some very tasty terroir driven Côtes du Rhône reds. Finally, another great surprise again this year was the outstanding Miolo Brut sparkler from Brazil.

WineLife365 : My Chemical Romance

LMAO Joe!! I tried to warn you…:-) Our experience wasn’t that much different than yours. For the sake of trying to give this wine a fair shake before totally panning it, I gave it to a friend of mine to try. Her and her husband drank that bottle over the next three days and had a completely different experience than ours and said that it was actually better on day 4. Go figure… For some reason, lots of people seem to find this red very enjoyable. Maybe you and I just need to try it after its been sitting out for 4 days to appreciate it!! :) Cheers to you and good taste!
