Breitbart.com : Daschle withdraws as nominee for HHS secretary

I hear former Representative William ("Refrigerator") Jefferson (Dem, LA) is available for a cabinet post. He never paid taxes on the $90,000 "FBI sting" money found in his freezer after hurricane Katrina. That makes him qualified under PresBO's vetting system, right? Oh, by the way, since we are preparing our 2008 tax returns these days, if we conveniently ignore unreported income and inflate our deductions, can we use the Rangel/Geithner/Killefer/Daschle defenses of "too intelligent"/"too valuable"/"simple mistake" to avoid penalties if we're caught?
