The government should spray areas where moisquitos breed & heighten public awareness - this is done not only in North America (where it's done to prevent West Nile) but also in poorer Caribbean nations to prevent Dengue.

I have nothing against them... I'm as "white-washed" (as I've been told by many sri lankans) as they come...
There is a difference between sex-abuse (i.e. rape) and prostitution, and there is substantial evidence that the UN has obtained to prove that SOME of the peacekeepers (not just Sri Lankan) have engaged in such prostitution acts.

The rape allegations were never proven Kumar - the "transactional sex" allegations were - hence why 108 are being returned on "disciplinary grounds". Perhaps you should read slower next time ?
