Google gave a descriptive phrase (bad dream), not a single word. I'm using an old Langeschidt dictionary, but it weighs almost three pounds, so I take it as fairly authoritative.

Hey, if those Romans ever get back, ask them about the proper pronunciation of Suetonius. My Latin prof and I never saw eye-to-eye on that. ;)

As far as I know, the Latin word for nightmare is "suppressio," not "tantibus," but my college Latin is several years out of date. Anyone got a reliable source on this?
