I know there must be stacks of paperwork and a couple of attorneys to meet with to go over all of the rules and press info. I would not complain one bit if it took days or weeks to get through it all, just curious to know what the usual time would be? Also, will there be HOA fees and can we see more of the community center that is supposed to be close by? I hear they have a pool? : ) Everything in this house is gorgeous and planned out so well. It amazes me how much love and care each of you put into these homes! I watched the HGTVpro.com videos and there is so much more to this home than one would think! Like the radiant floor heating and the solar panels and twelve heating zone controls. Wow! I just don't see how any future years Dream Home could stand up to this one!
