I abhor the partisan hit job by the liar and car thief, Issa.The subpoenas that Issa issued were so broad as to request documents which were either privileged and/or classified and which would have been illegal for Holder to produce. Issa went back on Friday and amended said subpoenas to be a bit more specific, but were still too broad. Holder has produced every document which has been deemed responsive to the subpoena and has objected to producing documents which are either a) irrelevant and immaterial to the subject matter of the investigation or b) privileged/classified. If Issa really wanted to have answers to questions, don't you think that he would have demanded testimony from the Bush administration officials who actually initiated the program?

For as much as I think dubya should be tried as a war criminal for 4500 dead US soldiers, 100,000+ dead Iraqis and adding a trillion dollars to our debt for that optional war, Laura Bush was, and is, an intelligent, attractive former First Lady that I would never make a disparaging comment about. The partisan sniping should end for the non elected family members. Jeez.
