Red light tickets are not reported to the State Department of Transportation and it is beyond reason why they are not. A lot of considerations were taken out of the Seymour case for reasons that should be investigated. Where is equal protection under the law happening when some motor traffic violations are reported to the Iowa Department of Transportation and some are not ... it doesn't make legal sense. And then what about Due Process when in some cases there was no intent and just natural human error with no harm, no foul and one can't even remember making the normal driving error or when they made it. Now people are being ticketed for normal human error when there is no harm. Maybe a more modern, technologically adaptable, including future technologies, type building would make a lot more sense.
