Big Government : Romney: A Campaign that Only Millions of Dollars Could Buy

He may be throwing away his opportunity to be the greatest president in recent memory (before Reagan and after Reagan). When Obama wins he will get four more years in which he will not have to worry about being re-elected. Look at the damage he's done these past three years and imagine if you possibly can the devastated economy he will leave in his wake. Romney has the talent, the steady hand, the brains, the background, the character and an understanding of the economy. He might be the last thing between American decline, political, economic and cultural bankruptcy. Let's hope he rises to the occasion and turns his campaign around.

Mike Flynn is absolutely correct. I'm not a politician but it was obvious to me that Romney had to do only two things, namely, 1. get a dialogue going with the Tea Party base, speak to them using their voice, their language, their concerns and their solutions, and then do exactly what the writer proposed, that is 2. to have addressed the RomneyCare problem by saying in so many words," I thought it was a good idea but it was not, I'm not perfect, I've learned from my mistake as we all should." This would have put it to rest. Instead he continues to try to explain how it's different using politispeak. People don't care about the fine points of state mandates versus national mandates.

Breitbart.tv : Supreme Court Justice To Egypt: South Africa's Constitution Better Model Than U. S.

I'm surprised she didn't mention the Constitution of the USSR! It was a beautuful document that gave the people of the now defunct USSR glowing promises but they were never delivered. The only intelligent thing she said boils down to this, write anything you want, take the best ideas from all the best documents, but what she doesn't mention is that the poliical system in this part of the world is an integral part of the religion of this part of the world, Islam. The two cannot be separated and the lower house that was elected in Egypt is majority Brotherhood. No matter what they say, just watch what they do.

Is this news? isn't "NEWS" supposed to be something NEW? This is what we get for voting in incumbents. The longer they say IN, the more they figure out how to steal money. In his case since he replaced his father, he hit the ground with his feet moving.

Breitbart.tv : Schweizer: Congressional Insider Trading Ban Now Has 127 Sponsors

This would stop Congressional insider trading in a minute and might make prospective candidates for office think twice if they are simply running for office to take advantage of insider info, namely, every candidate would be complelled to turn over their liquid assets, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, into a BLIND TRUST, a private firm, whose job it would be to monitor and invest their assets while in office. This would be a DOUBLE BLIND arrangement, i.e., the firm would not know whose assets they are managing and the office holder would not know which firm was managing his/her assts. Upon leaving office, the assets would be returned to the retired office holder.

Big Government : A Supercommittee Tax-Hike Surrender Means Republicans Would Snatch Defeat from the Jaws of Victory

There's only one answer and that is to "STARVE THE BEAST! More revenue FROM ANY SOURCE WHATSOEVER will only result in more spending and more deficits and more debt. Until we force our representatives to turn off the spigot, this country will be headed for financial disaster which will open the door to an avalanche of other disasters, social, political, cultural and ultimately, civilizational.

I can only pray that the lenght of time that Gadaffi suffered the torment and terror of the surrounding mob of uncivilized brutes, knowing his death was imminent, is as long as the terror the 259 passengers of the Lockerbie flight felt from the time they heard the explosion in the baggage compartment until the time of the crash landing. If nothing else, we are witness to the first demonstration of Libya's emerging deMOBcracy...

"What will the students “learn” from the Iranian President? Perhaps he can regale them with his analysis of how Zionists started both world wars, or his other theories about how Jews (and the United States) are responsible for every imaginable evil." LEARN THIS??? Columbia is filled with red diaper babies, they already "know" and "believe" this stuff. Hmmm, I wonder if he has a food tester/taster?

The Dalai Lama is a political simpleton. His comments in this video make as much sense as Chance the Gardener's 'answers' in the movie Being There, President "Bobby": Mr. Gardner, do you agree with Ben, or do you think that we can stimulate growth through temporary incentives? [Long pause] Chance the Gardener: As long as the roots are not severed, all is well. And all will be well in the garden. Chance the Gardener: Yes! There will be growth in the spring! President "Bobby": Hm. Well, Mr. Gardner, I must admit that is one of the most refreshing and optimistic statements I've heard in a very, very long time. [Benjamin Rand applauds] President "Bobby": I admire your good, solid sense. That's precisely what we lack on Capitol Hill.

First comes spring and summer, but then we have fall and winter. And then we get spring and summer again. Benjamin Rand: I think what our insightful young friend is saying is that we welcome the inevitable seasons of nature, but we're upset by the seasons of our economy.
Eveyone in the room negotiating with Obama's minions should be forced to read Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals before they enter the room tomorrow. Their handbook comes down to anything is OK to do as long as it takes society where we want it to go. Bad math, lies, obfuscation, misdirection are only a few of the tools in their armamentarium. In this case the only wise course is to go to the wire and not blink, do not retreat until structural changes are made that will lock out the possibility of future debt being accumulated. They will cave or they will be forced to suffer the consequences.Take heed Boehner. This is no time for COMPROMISE. We must be heard and we must be obeyed or there will be consequences in the next election. All the RINO's will be swept out, from the leadership on down. Four more years of this and it will be lights out for America.
