Remain MPs are becoming bolder in their tear-down of the Constitution and the concept that Parliament ultimately answers to the People, not the other way round. Sooner or later, the people who are mindlessly supporting these aspiring dictators will have to wake up because they won't like an authoritarian state any more than we will. Or, in other words, be careful of what you wish for dear Remainers.

You say that because you're in the upside down Remain world - the inversion of reality isn't a good thing.

Watching Moggs attempt to remind Remain MPs about Parliament ultimately answering to the People... They weren't having any of it. We're dealing with the emergence of a particularly nasty dictatorial faction in Parliament and we can only pray that they fail.

Well said. Remainers damaging our country, as they have, only strengthens our resolve to leave and to leave properly - not a fudge.

Let's hope he carries through with it and walks the talk. Freedom and Independence are worth the fight. Boris will be a national hero just for upholding democracy - would have ever thought upholding democracy would be such a struggle!

Oh good, as you can see into the future, I'm so glad I came across your comment. That outcome would be fantastic! Oh, by the way, can you let me know next week's Lottery Number? I guess you've won it so many times by now that you wouldn't mind helping out a fell Conservative? ;-)

I must admit, I didn't watch the comments by Gove as I'm on the move but isn't it a case that we already have an Act of Parliament to leave the EU and only another Act over Parliament can overturn that? MPs voting, as they have done, for example, that Government should not Parogue Parliament can and have been legally ignored by Boris and the Cabinet. So, if they have their motions and so on to vote that there should not be a 'no deal', these are not the 'Law of the Land' and Boris is not bound by those votes? If this is the case, when they talk about 'Law', perhaps it's more accurate to say that the anti-Constitutionalists who wish to overturn democracy and the Will of the People, even though they themselves voted for the exiting Act of Parliament for the UK to Leave the EU, won't be able to do diddly squat unless they get a new Act of Parliament through both Houses in time. Hence, I suppose, why they will try to delay. Anyway, we've had the can kicked down the street enough already. Time to leave the EU with or without a deal.

If we give these Blairite MPs in all the main political parties (including the Conservative Party) the benefit of the doubt, it's not mainly about the money - although that will come into it for sure. I believe it's mainly about an ideology and achieving those ideological goals over time. Hence the 'Long march through the institutions', including the Judiciary, Education, Civil Service, Parliament, the Media and so on. Via the Fabian Society, Chatham House, Bloomsbury Group, etc. This also explains their absolute commitment to the EU by the way... The Globalists' wet dream. Peter Hitchens says it's too late to save ourselves - the Globalist ideologues have already won with the assistance of a lot of 'useful idiots' in the form of Remainers and 'Liberals' at large who have been so easily and completely brain washed. Perhaps Hitchens is right but I think I would like at least to put up a fight... and I know how to fight.
