If some agency is assigned to collect guns. The best possible thing would be to hide them, wrap them in oil rags, seal them in a PVC tube and bury the tube. However the likely hood of a seizure program by the Federal government is implausible. The task would probably be delegated down to a city or county but even then it is impractical. This is getting ridiculous. PEOPLE WAKE UP!!! The focus on these 'bonuses' is a smoke screen put out by the Obama Administration do distract you from the real issue, that is him with the aide of congress pushing a socialist agenda into law. Also only $150 million? given as bonuses out of the $85 'loaned' (woop de frickin doo) out of the $850 billion. This is when we are supposed to pay attention to what is behind the curtain. Its time to turn on the fans and blow the fog out of the way.

Aint it great? We've had needless aggression by religious/political extremist (Serbian assassination of Arch Duke Ferdinand / Al Quaeda attacks on World Trade Center) that pulls most of civilized world in to a conflict. A depression that is now being exacerbated by a government run by incompetent imbeciles (on both sides of the aisle) via massive spending that accomplishes absolutely nothing i.e. the New Deal. Coupled with unbridled expansion of government permitted by an ignorant populous ( The New Deal and The Great Society). Another 'oil shortage' followed by an environmentalist movement (Jimmy Carter anyone?) and now of course a potential Cold War II.
It is not the duty of the Government to become entangles in the affairs of Religion. However it IS the duty of Religion to be involved in the process of Government as "In God We Trust."
