He did. If you look at the bar on top of the imputs, you'll see Anarchy and Democracy Anarchy is everyone giving inputs, and democracy is only the input that was the most voted is send to the game. But everyone hated democracy apparently, so I guess it'll keep on Anarchy

I never said the game can't copy stuff. "Good things are meant to be copied", a philosofer once said. But, unless I'm missing something (It's the light coming down from him? Is the music in the video actually playing in the game?), that's hardly what I would call "GOTY Material" (Especially for a game like Saint's Row)
