If only we could mobilize the SBPD in such mass to serve and protect our city at their full time jobs perhaps the situation would improve. The police chief says they are doing whatever they can but that doesn't appear to be the case. Obviously, making a second pay check controlling the upper and middle class ND alumni in town to enjoy a football game is a much higher priority for the SBPD.
