Thanks. Didn't know it was doing that either.... But either way, have you ever read Rule by Secrecy by Jim Marrs? Great Book. He came out with another one after that, I was looking at it yesterday, actually, but can't remember the title. A VERY accurate history all the way back from the Sumerians, through the modern behind-the-scenes mess, to the return of Nibirilu and the Anunnaki.

No, I'm not confused at all. Facts are statements of truth. TRUTH is not relative, it is the opposite of deciet, it has no wrongs, it triumphs without fail, it exists no matter how hard an entity aspires to repress it and it never changes. You cannot give a fact without knowing the truth. (unless, of course, you're just quoting someone else and really have no idea what you're talking about. which seems to be the problem with you and notover2k. Get out from behind the curtain and check out the reality that surrounds us all. You might change your mind... Who knows, you might even LEARN something... I hope.

All except for your empathy reference, I agree with you 100% Justice should always be blind. It should also correspond DIRECTLY with the constitution, not one's understanding of it. Illegal immigrants, whether anybody wants to admit it or not, are the biggest problem with our CURRENT gov insured medical programs... like WIC and Medicaid... We could just about afford these programs if they weren't being handed out to illegal immigrants WHO SHOULD NOT BE HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! Dude, I mean no offense by this, but what were you doing ON a moving car? The rotator cuff thing... judge that decision again when you get to be about 40 - 50 yrs old and have problems with it because it didn't heal correctly. The flu... I can't say anything about. I've never been to the doctor for the flu and, other than feeling bad, never thought of it as a serious issue until the last few years when people were dying from it all over the news. I've never had a flue vaccine... up until about a month ago, I hadn't been to an actual doctor's office in YEARS. People who do stupid things get hurt and have to go to a medical professional. people who THINK with common sense can, usually, easily avoid the doctor. Eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and do plenty of physical excercise each day. that's all it takes.

That may have worked YEARS ago, but not today. Most people don't even believe in God. The majority of the ones who do are hypocrites... People haven't been perfect since the beginning of time. People are just way too susceptible to the temptations that are put in their paths. See if you can permanently turn 5 human lives around, for the better, during the rest of your lifetime and then imagine the rest of the population of the US. After that, imagine the world. It won't happen and WE can't make it happen. Things have gone too far and now the world is going helter skelter... It will all be over soon enough, but some of us MUST have the perseverance and patience that it will take. All of us won't go at the same time.

Most people go in the system as a person who has done something wrong. They come out tainted with the ideals and misdirection learned from the "career criminals" that stay inside... Sending someone to jail and mixing them with such people is not smart. ca_'s idea would work. you couldn't do something stupid and then go hang out with your buddies behind bars. punishment would become punishment, the way it should be. Everyone doesn't learn their lesson by hanging out with their friends. It's a bad system. Maybe we should introduce "Jail House Reform" to the House Committee...

Medical Castration, no. Longer prison sentences, again, no. In extreme cases like MURDER and RAPE and other such things as that, I agree 100% with the DEATH penalty. We are too soft of crime. I'm not speaking blind either... I've been stupid in my lifetime. I've been in jail. Never for anything serious, but I've broken the law and was punished. I learned. I agree with ca_territory also. Those who haven't committed a "serious" offense should be put in to individual cells. There should be no "general population area".
