They want him to listen to politicians. Come on. Everyone knows that listening to politicians is one of the dumbest thing to do.

They are themselves being cheated by the taxi concessions companies. So, they pass the extra cost to you. Only a few work hard by themselves and absorb the extra costs: sacrificing themselves to be honest.

Blame the system and the corrupt government.

Just talk to much but nothing else done. Why don't you get the water service provider to provide two supplies: one treated water for clothes wash, bathing, and kitchen, and another one connected to toilet tanks and lawn faucets? Charge two different bills for treated and untreated water.

Cakap je banyak. Dah berpuluh tahun org cadangkan tapi tak buat pun. Boleh blah la.

I don't know about KL but my residential property in Penang is assessed based on annual rental value. I have to pay a percentage of the rental value. It doesn't make sense if the city hall increased the rental value assessment because I'm not renting it out. And, whether high rental or low rental, I'm getting the same service from city hall as any other houses anyway. Shouldn't it be based on expected rental value based on house type? Bigger house would get more service (wider roads, more rubbish, nicer neighborhood with more city hall maintenance). But if service is based on inflation price and rental demand-pushed price, that's not fair. It should be based on rental value without considering demand price, i.e. if there's enough houses for everybody to rent and no price speculation is involved, how much the house should be rented out based on size, amenities, and public services.

Way to go for intellectual debate.

Is it a lie? Correct my understanding, then. Help me become less stupid.

Really. I don't understand why can't they buy land and build the place of worship? It doesn't seem right to steal something to create something holy. Must the government always provide? Talk about subsidy mentality. I guess Malays are not the only ones.

I support Khalid for PM! Anwar can be the RM1 economic advisor. Seems to work well in Selangor.

They should. The higher our long term debts, the less attractive our economy is for foreign investment... and the less we have to save to build domestic investment.

Oh well. Almost half of voters wanted to be in debt for life because they think they're indebted to BN. What can the majority do?

Want to impose life span on cars? Remove the crazy tax first. You want us to be in debt for life?
