All the States should tell the Government "it's not your place." (get out, you are being unConstitutional.) And if all THE PEOPLE who showed up for any of the Tea parties will show "them", maybe it IS time for Government to take the back seat again.

Time for THE PEOPLE to call, write, email, snailmail, send in "tea bags", peacefully protest, yell, scream, jump up and down, (without killing the grass! LOL Glenn for mentioning that!) making signs , and waving flags, and THE FLAG, to KEEP being noticed. I feel WE THE PEOPLE need to have a Tea Party EVERY month until WE are heard. This is just a beginning. Now WE have to keep it going strong! Never give up! Never surrender! Hold the line "they" should NOT cross! Pummel those who do. (Vote them out. Sic the press on them. Mess with their heads!)

Thanks to ALL those who organized, worked and succeeded in creating a day that will go down in History, just like the first Tea Party.

Dear Minutemen, (formerly known as Militia members.) I hereby REJECT any title given upon me by this Government, and CLAIM the name of an American Minuteman! My weapon is here to defend against all enemies of this Country, foreign or Domestic. I carry my weapon in accordance to the LAW set down by OUR Forefathers in OUR Constitution. To defend MY fellow American and OUR Country during it's greatest hour of need. I will stand WITH the Military, if it supports the American Citizen, and NOT corrupt politicians. I will conduct myself with Honor and as Honorable as former Minutemen have done in our Nation's past to defend this great land. As other (more modern) Minutemen have done to help on our borders and the Border Guards.

New gun control law, spread the word! 1. if you are a LEGAL American citizen, NOT a convicted felon, or mentally incapable of owning a firearm, you should be able to OWN and CARRY anything you want, (FULL AUTO, SEMI AUTO, REVOLVER, SINGLE SHOT, ETC>) anywhere you want. (with the exceptions in State Laws like schools, federal buildings, church, etc.) 2. if you are caught committing a crime WITH A FIREARM, you would incur a life sentence automatically. (unless murder is the crime then it should incur the death penalty automatically.)PERIOD. 3. if you are a convicted felon and caught with ANY weapon, you would incur a life sentence automatically. PERIOD. 4. This would make it easier for any State to understand and implement. (issuing CCWs.) Just add this to the 2nd amendment, no more "IF" it is Constitutional or not. PERIOD.

I believe it is the RIGHT for anyone to practice their Religion here in the U.S.A. But when that Right is FORCED opon ME, THEN you got problems in a BIG way. F&#% Sharia Law. Radical Muslims can take that S&^% back with them. There are some things WE THE PEOPLE need to keep OUR Country safe. Cutting into OUR Military is NOT one of them! The F-22 is THE most advanced fighter in the World, and WE need to keep it! Shorten death row prisoner time, 3 appeals NO MORE. (one appeal automatically is a DNA test.) ALL minors go to boot camp.(UNLESS MURDER is committed, then they automatically should be tried as an adult.) "Three strikes and out" should have a PERMANENT work camp sentence. (a good way to end the repeat offender.) Have them ALL do something to make MONEY for the COUNTY\\\\ STATE they are incarcerated in. Not just letting them sit and do their time.
