Certain administrations have kept them at bay while others seem to have lowered our defenses. I believe that the Obama administration appears weak and looks to the world like they are concerned with the struggle to be politically correct. The worry over terms like enemy combatant and over terrorists rights seems to send a message that the current administration does not have the stomach for a fight. There are a few governments that would enjoy an opportunity to pounce on us but in the long run I believe that one thing above all is quite obvious.
