One of the hardest things is finding something to do with your hands when you take a break at work, I usually go on the computer if I actually take a break. Outside nightclubs - get an e cigarette. Cold turkey once and the other times with patches. Bereavement, living with and holidays with smokers started me again each time. My job can get quite stressful and I know it's at work that I will need to be careful the most because we sell cigarettes. That's why e cigarettes are a good aid for me and unlike tablets or patches I can control the input of nicotine into my body more by only smoking them when I feel the need.
