We CAN do something NOW! To all those calling for term limits, there is currently a bill in the House of Representatives H.J Res.14 That calls for term limits of Senators for 2 terms and Representatives for 6 terms, Yes thats a little longer than most would like, but it is a start. This bill has been introduced for the last 4 congresses by Rep. Todd Platts (R-Pa), and has yet to make it out of committee. It looks like Rep. Platts needs our help. The bill is in committee right now, everyone of us need to get on the phone email etc. to our Senators and Reps. to help get this bill out of committe and on to the floor. If we don't do something this bill will never make it out of committee and will be dead again, this is our chance to be heard, if we can at least get this bill to the floor than we all will know we had a hand in it.
