My brother in law who is in the Marines did that (he put the videos on his Ipod or mp4 player). Sounds like you're husband has made some permanent lifestyle changes (the both of you have done that), so congrats!!! I haven't done Yoga X in awhile. I may end up doing that on Saturday instead of what I had planned so I can relax and stretch out my muscles. Keep up the great work!

P90X Workout Review : This Week's P90X Insanity Workout Schedule

No, there unfortunately isn't a worksheet that goes with these workouts (at least not yet). I'll post them to my blog if that changes. You could always just use Excel, Word, or even just a notebook to track your progress. Keep up the hard work with P90X and P90X One on One!

Good job! Sounds like you guys had an awesome summer and you didn't go back to your old ways which is great! I plan on starting a P90X Insanity hybrid myself. It may be a little while before I start it though (trying to wait until things calm down). Please do check in and keep me updated on how you are doing! Great job again, and I look forward to hearing about your progress. I hope you have a great day too!

P90X Workout Review : P90X Results

Congrats on your great results so far with P90X and I appreciate the update! I don't think you're stupid for continuing, but I do think you should listen to any advice your doctor gave you and to take care of your knees! It sounds like you are doing that and modifying the workouts so you can do them. Continue to modify any of the leg/cardio workouts as much as you have to to make them work for you. The elliptical is a great low-impact replacement so I think you are doing a great job. Just listen to your body and don't overdo it! :-) Ab Ripper X was pretty tough for me when I first started P90X, so no I didn't feel like I needed more ab work. Don't be too hard on yourself if you don't see the results you were hoping to see in your abs, especially since you've only finished 30 days. It really wasn't until the end of Phase 2 that I really noticed major results...everyone is different and it takes time. Just try to be patient and at the end of 90 days when you re-take your measurements, the fit test, and your pictures you WILL see results as long as you have followed the program and the nutrition guide. You are doing great! Keep up the hard work and don't hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions!

P90X Workout Review : P90X Results

My suggestion is to do P90X! :-) With P90X you'll get the Nutrition Guide, which will help you figure out how many calories you'll need daily while doing P90X, and what foods to eat. I didn't follow the Nutrition Guide to the letter, but I did try to make sure to get the daily calories I needed and I ate a high protein, high fiber diet. I also tried to avoid the processed food and junk food as much as possible (also cut out the soda). That is exactly what I did to get the results I got from P90X. By following the nutrition guide, and doing P90X, you will definitely start seeing your abs. If do order P90X, order it through my site and you'll get me as your personal success Coach and I'll help you in anyway that I can. Just go to the Beachbody Store by clicking the "Shop the Beachbody Store" link on the top right hand side under the title Hot Links. Let me know if you have any other questions!!

Great!!!! I'm really glad the workout went better this time! The Jump Knee Tuck and the Rockstar Hops are pretty difficult. You'll get better at doing the moves with time. You are also doing the right thing by modifying the moves! Good job! It's my pleasure! You're friends won't think you're crazy when they start seeing the awesome results you're going to get!!! They'll want to do P90X themselves! :-) Great job again and keep it up!!!

P90X Workout Review : P90X Results

I appreciate it! They're always a work in progress! :-) For being 5''9, 145 does sound kind of light...but I guess it's hard to say without seeing you. If you aren't doing P90X, then you definitely should do it! With P90X, you will have to make sure to eat plenty of food because you'll need it to help fuel your body so you get through the workouts. You'll be doing the "Ab Ripper X" workout three times a week during P90X, and it is a killer ab workout! If you stick with it, you will get results! Let me know if you decide to start P90X, and keep me updated with your progress! Have a good one!

I think not eating anything was the reason you got sick. I had assumed you had eaten something. Some people can workout first thing in the morning without eating and they are fine, but everyone is different. It's my pleasure!! Again, Maria, you're doing awesome! Keep up the hard work with P90X, because it will pay off!

P90X Workout Review : P90X Day 9 Completed: P90X Plyometrics

I personally think you might have gotten sick because you didn't eat enough prior to the workout, you pushed yourself too hard, or a combination of the both. You definitely don't want to workout with a full stomach (or you'll end up getting a cramp...for plyo definitely try to wait an hour or more), but you've got to eat plenty of food so you have enough energy to get through the workout. What was everything that you ate prior to the workout that day? The Recovery Drink will definitely help you get through Plyometrics. I usually do have some pre-made before plyo so I can have a little bit if I'm feeling exhausted. With it being only your second week of P90X, you could also be pushing yourself a little bit too hard, and it could be a combination of not eating enough and pushing yourself too hard. I also got sick before during one of the P90X workouts (ended up losing my lunch like you did). It wasn't during Plyometrics, I think if I remember correctly it was during Chest and Back. I found that it ended up being because I didn't eat enough prior to the workout. The next time I did that workout I made sure to have plenty of food prior to the workout and I felt fine during the workout. Keep me updated and let me know how it goes this time.

Maria, As you'll hear Tony Horton say a lot, "Just do your best and forget the rest!" :-) I wouldn't worry about how many reps you can do at this point...just do as many as you can with good form. You WILL improve with time! Also, congrats for committing to P90X and getting to day 7! You're doing awesome! Keep me updated on your progress, and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!
