It's actually a really fun/funny show, I know it well, but I also, like Mr. Saul, know it still has a limited following. Worth your time though.

The fact that most people reading your comment would say "Michael and Fi? Who the hell are they and what show are they from?" suggests that they're not really one of the most notable couples. Then, include the detail that the show they are from (Burn Notice) list them as ex-couples and never really makes any real progress getting them back together (until just recently, this season) and their omission from the list makes more sense than their inclusion ever could.

Well they're both still hanging around for a few episodes apiece - though admittedly rarely ever in the same episode. I think the producers are experimenting with "Is it still Scrubs if JD isn't always there? How about Turk? How about Elliot?"

Those relationships come and go, all the couples in this list actually have a bit of depth. The scrubs suggestion was valid though.
