"The group is very critical of Hamas, which governs Gaza, accusing the Islamist group of not being Islamist enough...." An overwhelming proportion of Hamas's attacks are on civilians. When the IDF comes, they flee and melt into the civilian population. How can Hamas possibly be any more Islamist?

"The blood of Muslims has become cheap in the marketplace. It has become cheap because Muslims have abandoned the jihad." On the contrary, Mr. Boyd, the blood of Muslims have become one of the cheapest commodities in the marketplace mainly because they engage in or support Jihad. Jihadists continually boast about how many suicide bombers and fighters they all have ready to die at their command. Groups like the Taliban and Hamas have often used children and civilians as suicide bombers and human shields. If their blood isn't considered cheap, I don't know what is.

Jihad Watch : Jihad Watch: As expected, Saudi jihad school expansion plan approved by dhimmi Fairfax County Board

"Please proceed to pass all beatings my way. I deserve it. :-/ " It was an honest mistake, you deserve no such thing. Too bad I can't say the same for the Fairax County Board of Supervisors; everyone should save their pitchforks and torches for them. I wouldn't be surprised if representatives of the Saudi royal family helped the board simplify their choices with "gifts" because they certainly are not acting in the interest of their constituents.

Jihad Watch : Jihad Watch: Nigerian army attacks "Education Is Sin" jihadists

The Associated Press Says: "Yet at the heart of the Islamic insurgency that sparked this week's violence is dire poverty and political maneuvering — not religion. The attacks on police have been committed by frustrated, unemployed youths and orchestrated by religious leaders and politicians who manipulate them to retain power." http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090729/ap_on_re_af/a... Of course the mainstream media can't end an article on Islamic militancy without emphasizing that the militants are motivated by poverty, not Islam. This must be the same reason why Osama bin Laden turned to radical Islam. Wait a second, you say he comes from a family of billionaires? Oh well, I guess I need to call my local CAIR representative to find a better argument to use.

Jihad Watch : Jihad Watch: Jihad/martyrdom bombers in burqas kill 6 in Afghanistan

Is this surprising? The Taliban has been employing this tactic very often recently as male NATO troops are forbidden from searching burqas and niqabs due to "cultural sensitivities". Two weeks ago there were a group of Taliban that were surrounded in a compound by a Marine unit. The Marines, using a translator, convinced them to allow the women and children to leave. By the time the Marines raided the compound, nobody was there because the Taliban fighters dressed in burqas and fled. The Marines could not inspect the "women" leaving the compound because they didn't have female troops in their unit and had to respect "cultural sensitivities". Same thing on the Pakistani side of the conflict: "In a statement (yesterday), the (Pakistani) army said it arrested five militants disguised in burqas who tried to flee a search operation conducted in the previous 24 hours in Swat."

"I am still waiting for them to own up to their biggest error of all (one that has nothing to do with Cronkite): ignoring the global jihad and the advance of Islamic supremacism in the West. But I doubt we will ever see them issue a correction on that." Robert, I'm pretty sure you can forget about that one. If the mainstream media did discuss the advance of Islamic supremacism in the West, they would immediately be labeled as rascist and bigoted Islamophobes, something you are all too familiar with. If you want to make real headlines in this twisted reality, discuss how Israel constantly screws over their "peace-loving" neighbors in every way possible.

Jihad Watch : Jihad Watch: Somalia: Convert from Islam shot dead

Because it would exhibit Islam as a violent, intolerant, and malevolent religion. (sarc) It would be unfair to give the public that impression based on the actions of a few radicals, extremists, and misunderstanders of Islam. (/sarc) The first thing I saw at CNN and Yahoo news this morning was that crazy Jooz torched some Palestinian farms in the West Bank and the IDF did little to stop them. Forget about Hizb ut-Tahrir's terrorist recruitment conference on American soil, forget about Iran, forget about North Korea, forget about the genocide in Sudan; it's all about those pesky Zionists. Tomorrow the headline will be that "Israel refuses to end West Bank expansion". Those are the real news stories that get people angry and riled up. The story regarding the unfounded claim of a few IDF reservists that said they had orders to use reckless force in Gaza has been at the top of the headlines at CNN, Yahoo, and MSNBC for days after the story was introduced.

"There’s some people in the world says no Holocaust even happened. Some of their leaders say no Holocaust even happened. Well it did happen. These people were punished. They were punished for a reason because they were serially disobedient to Allah" Of course the ISNA is respected in the Muslim world. So is Hamas, Hezbollah, al-Shabaab, Jemaah Islamiya, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Muslim Brotherhood, Hizb ut-Tahrir and Al-Qaeda. What's your point, that many Muslims respect those who practice and endorse violence and hate? If so, I guess we are in agreement. Statements like the one quoted above in italics are guaranteed to earn you mountains of respect in the Muslim world.

Isn't it alarming to anyone that a person like Imam Warith Deen Umar has been the former head of the Muslim chaplain program for all New York state prisons? The majority of American homegrown terrorists are converted and radicalized in state prisons due to the influence of people like Warith Deen Umar and the twisted worldviews they exhibit. I'm curious if he served as the head of the program after 9/11. If so, the state of New York has learned little from its tragedy. Unfortunately this is a problem we face throughout the country as it is not limited to the poor judgement of the state of New York. On a side note, declaring July 4th as a Muslim day is no coincidence. On July 4th, 1187, Saladin claimed victory in Jerusalem following the aftermath of the battle of Hattin. The Crusades ended much later than 1187. In fact, the battle of Hattin was apart of the 3rd Crusade while there were a total of 9 Crusades (not to mention that the battle didn't even end the 3rd Crusade). How could it have been the end of the Crusades if there were another 6 following the battle? The declaration of the 4th of July as a Muslim day sounds like a product of the stealth jihad against the United States.

Jihad Watch : Jihad Watch: Al-Qaeda threatens to hit China over Uighurs

I hope Al Qaeda goes through with its threat and attacks China, even though I would abhor the deaths of innocent Chinese people. Unlike the U.S. and its Western allies with their constrained rules of engagement and treatment of captives, China has little to no regard for human rights and will go to the ends of the earth to brutally kill these Jihadist fiends. Unlike Western countries, China could care less about being criticized and scrutinized about their human rights record, especially if it is dealing with foreign enemies of the state. If Muslims think that the U.S.'s response is disproportional, wait until they see the wrath of 1.5 billion fervently nationalistic Chinese.

Jihad Watch : Jihad Watch: Taliban truck bomb kills 12 schoolchildren

Ok, now we're seeing more eye to eye. Those groups don't need to be wiped off the face of the Earth. The most important thing is that they recieve no support, no sympathy, and no backing from the overwhelming majority of Muslims around the world. If the overwhelming majority of Muslims voice their sincere disgust and condemnation of such groups, their influence will die and the groups themselves will gradually die off. So far, I have seen a lot of support for groups like Hamas and Hezbollah, whether overt (openly supportive) or covert (sympathize with or justify their actions), throughout the Muslim world (including many Muslims living in the West). When Muslims collectively condemn these groups and their fascist ideologies, we will be heading in the right direction.

Jihad Watch : Jihad Watch: Muslim mob surrounds and attacks Christians -- in Michigan

What is there to question? All the answers are in the Quran and those answers are not open for discussion or debate. By the way, did anyone see the banner stating that Abraham, Moses, and Jesus are viewed as prophets in Islam? Every time Muslims attempt to convert Westerners, they always bring up those names. I have seen this at every single Islamic promotion I've been to since my first experience with it in college. Unfortunately, Mohammed has traits more associated with the anti-Christ rather than Abraham, Moses, or Jesus. I wonder if the filmmaker would recieve the same the treatment at an Asian or Latin culture festival if he acted in the same manner... Something tells me they would be more welcoming, receptive, and eager to answer his questions about their respective religions and causes.
