As for the ticket prices overall, there's no surprise, everyone who uses Fandango showed they're willing to spend the extra dollar for using the service. That money goes to the studios to inflate their charts so they can say the latest movies have made more money than the previous films and are thus better. If you don't like the ticket prices, don't blame the theater, they're just renting the print (either with a base price or a percentage). Now if you want to bitch about the price of popcorn (where the employees actually get paid) then go ahead, frankly that's all I tend to see on this site is bitching.
