My understanding is that the police union paid for Carter's representation because....he was ON DUTY at the time he committed the crime. On the other hand, Curnow was off-duty at the time so he had to pay his own legal expenses.

This would be laughable if it weren't so pathetic. Only two days after Americans got a small taste in Boston of what happens regularly in Israel (with many of the bombers originating from Nablus), the Camera becomes the mouthpiece of the Rocky Mountain Propaganda and Jihad Center.
