<description>I had that problem 2 what you do is unplug ur iphone from the computer and then plug it back in but at the same time u hold down the homebutton when u plug in and then after a dew seconds it will start to restore ur iPhone back to normal. If it doesn&amp;#039;t work try again but hold the homebutton down when the apple logo comes back on. </description>
