That decision is a lot based off if youre going for leagues or rank. Ill own all 3 by the end of the day and id pick macrae if the bye means nothing. Oliver has been amazing last few but before that he was often frustrating to watch due to his butchering. Fyfe no bye but obvious concerns around midfield time.

Had to use my VC last night so Who to captain? Macrae, Grundy or Neale?

Neale - Average speaks for itself. Playing Norf its hard to see him not scoring well
Grundy - As a pies man he looks a little tired/sore. Probs not the smart pick due to the little ruck time hes gonna get. Bringing in reid but not dropping cameron suggests cameron is going to do a lot of rucking. Hard to not consider him against a gawnless melbourne though.
Macrae - This would be a POD move considering i have Neale. 3 160+ scores in 4 weeks has me licking my lips against the crows. Does Hunter back have any implications on Macrae? You wouldnt think so seeing as dunkley didnt affect his scoring but its just another midfielder in the mix.

What are we all running with community?

Is it 9 more trades or 3? If its 9 then its ridiculously unfair but i just assumed it was 3 extra trades. I mentioned it earlier i feel there should be some sort of compensation or ability to make up the points lost from dees and bombers players. I had 5 playing in that game and it cost me big time.
I like that idea of scrapping round 15 as a bye round. I guess everyone will be in the same boat but its impossible to plan for a 6 team bye round off 3 rounds notice.

Yep i was also burned by that week. Dropped from 1k to 17k after that round. Managed to get my way back to that point through a fair bit of luck, in particular last round where i was contemplating trading williamson, only to keep him and get his 87 on field. Also was gonna trade in draper for 50k but lucky i didnt. And also traded gawn last week only for him to miss out again. And to top it all was planning on trading in schoenberg before the pies game only to forget to pull the trigger and he played below par, which allowed me to bring wicks in a round early and double upgrade this week.

TL;DR We should have been compensated for the dees bombers "bye" and SC is all about luck

Dont really know how to feel about it russty. Chances are with the round 15 carnage ill need it but i havent needed to trade a great deal this year so ive still got 12 trades left after making the 3 this week. So it benefits those who have either had to trade hard or have been reckless with trades. I guess with 3 trades a round for the remainder of the season it makes sense

So was going to trade Georgiades for bytel, but since rivers has been omitted, tempted to trade him instead. Warm bodies obvs important but also got an eye for the byes in the hope he somehow plays, although getting dropped 1 game into being recalled isnt a great sign. Thoughts community?

What do we think the inclusion of walters does to fyfes role? Thinking Walters might play the fyfe role he played on the weekend and potentially releases fyfe to the guts?

Trading Hurn after his bye is an interesting tactic. The appeal surrounding him has really only been because of his bye. Good luck mate I like the boldness
