Even so, my question would be...do you need that someone to eventually tell you that you are being successful? An outside influence, beyond one's individual self? Is that what it takes to define, or understand what success may be? How would that definition of success vary in your own mind, as compared to what that other person is telling you what activity you're successful at? I think I've been living my life long enough and not sharing enough thoughts with friends, family and loved ones. So I just had to find some where I could express how I felt at the time.
