Ok for the visitors with travel insurance, but others are abusing the NHS and my washing bill has escalated!! But every time I go with a smile, help and advice, and scream quietly after we have sorted them out. All they want is help for actually liking hospital food!! But if we are on divert..they have an immeadiate recovery and refuse to travel.
