Good question! I'm asking myself what one thing I can do to be a leader who inspires. The one thing I can do is start by being in the Word more than I have been--and inspired by it, renewing my mind--probably the best place for me to start. Speaking of which, I should go do that now because I haven't yet done that this morning. I echo Eve, thanks for the leadership challenge.
