Ah ok. Yes I thought I’d first heard it around the early to mid 2000s. I was living in the UK then and I’m sure a makeup company used the slogan in their ads too. Something like, “Eat sleep, apply lipstick, repeat”
Clearly Paul Heyman has never heard of the popular club song “Eat. Sleep. Rave. Repeat” by Fatboy Slim which started the tagline, which was released in June 2013 before Heyman started using it in Undertaker promos in 2014
Awesome. Shaping up to be a truly great event. I almost decided to make the trip from Queensland but the travel costs made it just too much for a hardworking dad. It’s weird hearing WWE refer to it as the Melbourne Cricket Ground because in Australia you only ever hear it being called MCG.
I seem to be the only one on the internet who is no longer interested in a sheild triple threat. It’s been done, it was cool but not drop your jaw amazing, and at the rate they’re shoving them as a unit down our throats we’ll be sick of it come mania. Only way it would interest me now is if one of them had been on smackdown all this time. I’d much rather see another heel turn with the heel facing one of the others or another face, or a feud with another team like the bullet club leading to a match with the leaders at mania. As for the Rock, he’s actually leading betting odds to win the Royal Rumble <img draggable="false" class="emoji" alt="😮" src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/11/svg/1f62e.svg">
What part of “what came out of my mouth was totally unacceptable” do you not understand? Sounds like taking ownership to me. I don’t know the guy but neither do you. We can only take his apology and words at face value. If he’s not genuine that’s on him, it’s not up to us to find a moral high ground.
I don’t think he’s ever said that he “doesn’t care what people think” all’s that he’s pretty much saying here is that he’s apologised, he meant it and he can’t be much more responsible for peoples feelings other than that, which is fair enough in my book.
I thumbed you up treehouseron, I totally agree with you.
Angry internet Wtestling fans are mostly just still bitter at Hogan because he didn’t put over their favourites back in the day. Don’t get me wrong, Hogan is a bit of an ass with a huge ego, but I challenge anyone to have the life and fame and success experience that he’s had and not turn out the same. He practically had the Wrestling world eating out of his hands back in the day, if that doesn’t give you a bit of an ego and not want to lose to Ric Flair at Wrestlemania then I don’t know what will.
As far as the rasist comments go, he’s apologised profusely. Whether he means it or not is on him and him alone. Doesn’t affect my life much so I won’t stay bitter at the guy.
Hopefully they’re saving Braun’s moment until Mania. I think it would be cool if Brock interfered in Braun V Owens costing Braun the match and setting up Brock V Braun at WM possibly for the title. If they keep the title on Brock at Summerslam I’m guessing this is what they’ll do
It’s a survivor series match:
The nWo & Mark Henry Vs The New Day & Titus Worldwide
They’ll most likely drop ticket prices when they realise it’s not selling out, they always do with WWE Aussie events. I’ll wait until September maybe and see how much they are then
