I love the lot size on this listing- 0.8 acres. Maybe there will be enough room for a pool!

I just looked at the floor plan again and noticed it said the kitchen will have a free-floating island/ dining table combo. Can't wait to see how that works! Suspended from the ceiling??

It mentioned that the second bedroom shares the same vaulted ceiling as the great room, so I figured that's what the extra shading must be indicating. Also, I looked at the rendering to see what is different about half of the garage and it was the roof line.

Beautiful! Any idea what the shading in the garage and great room mean?

Thanks for the info! Yeah for Trader Joe's too!! I live in the Detroit area and have two Trader Joe's around but they are each a little bit of a drive so I only make special trips once in awhile.

Also, Cambridge Park seems too affordable. Not that it's a bad thing! It just doesn't seem in line with previous builds.

What are your thoughts on adding screens in the backyard? Would you just screen part of the deck or add in the pool too? I've been trying to imagine it but am having a hard time visualizing a good balance between the benefits of screens with their lack of visual appeal.
