I firmly believe that the guys that did well on tuesday night should be given a chance to cement their place in the team. They did nothing wrong and to drop them to the bench would send out the wrong signals to them. Let the other guys who were away try to play themselves back into the team. As adam clayton has been a tough tackling revelation so far this term, I'd defno drop brown to the bench, and let jonny howson hold back in the centre of the field. With ramon nunez allowed to the licence to roam and create havock in the hole behind the striker(s). Lees must defno start along with bromby, paddy and possibly O'Dea at left back.. Larry is walking a very fine line at present and I agree with you all that the situation regarding transfers has become farcical!! I will admit I bought into all that bates saved our club from extinction crap at one time, but now the scales have fallen from my eyes. It would not surprise me in the slightest if old greybeard did'nt pay mendy's hotel expenses. Bates reminds me of that tight fisted git who goes down to the pub with the lads and when the rounds of drinks are being ordered he 'gets called away' on his mobile just when its his turn to pay up. On a few side issues I watched the highlights of the forest/county match last night and think i've found the solution to the left back problem.....alan sheehan!!! He looked a hell of a lot better than what we have at the minute. Aw well hindsight is a wonderful thing! Think larry should keep nunez, sam, lees, clayton AND bromby in the starting line-up for the weekend - all acquited themselves well

Quite right TSS I'm from Northern Ireland and am well used to riots of another sort. Its made my blood boil to watch all these incidents on TV and in some strange way I believe our beloved Chairman would be the ideal man to front a committee to deal with aforementioned knobheads

Tomorrow night is a real chance for players such as nunez to showcase their talents. Another I would like to see given a chance tomorrow is Tom Lees. He did very well when out on loan last season and now deserves a chance of a few run outs with his hometown team
I hear Crouch is looking a move or maybe we should sign up Lee Chapman again, hes bound to be cheap lol Seriously however the 'other' striker we did'nt sign from Swindon Charle Taylor always impressed me
