Federal always over rules state. So if this is declared unconstitutional it would over rule the state and kill MA's law. It's this reason why even though we may as a state decide that mary jane is legal, the federal gov can still raid our pot stores and arrest folks.

Please explain yourself: "In order for that to be true, you must also believe that slavery is a right." Speaking as an actual woman with ovaries and breasts and things that need to be checked yearly - there is a war on women. Some people want us back in the kitchen barefoot and pregnant at 17 and to die from cancer later on. It just so happens that democrats have a tendency to defend women. WA is a very progressive state so most people who have never left this state don't know what it is like on the outside, but I grew up in TN (moved to WA the day I turned 18, 6 years ago) and trust me when I say it is bad.
