" would die for freedom"

Really? This is the same Theresa May who is working so hard to destroy freedom, or was it an interview given by some flunky or other saying the things he or she thought the public wanted to hear ?

Consider this:
http://www.breitbart.com/london/2016/08/27/police....

With a Tory commissioner this is proof that the Police are now nothing more than Political Correctness Enforcement Squaddies, and that the Tories do have an agenda to end freedom of speech !

The person manning the official police account replied: “Incredibly insensitive, although not criminal. We suggest reporting her to Twitter. We have already.”

So when did it become the job of the Police to decide what was socially acceptable and what was not?

Theresa Mays new maxim I do not agree with what you say and I will defend to the death, the states powers to prevent you saying it !

Or the fact that her ex department, the Home Office, which has given Muslim (first & foremost) London Mayor Sadiq Khan almost £2 million to set up a Met Police department to destroy freedom of speed under section 127 of the communications act.

No Theresa May would not die for freedom, she would die working towards its utter destruction under the false veil of not offending - 'hate speech' - and all the phobias & isms.

By their fruits shall ye know them, and Theresa May has certainly shown through action her true colours.

One of t he issues Cameron thought was important was the uncontrolled immigration (not free movement per se).
Some of those who voted remain also had concerns and it is listed by the polling companies as the most important issue for a significant number of voters.

Politicians recognise that they are unable to negotiate a Brexit which allows uncontrolled mass migration to carry on.

Therefore I believe in the absence of actual hard facts either way, the accepted consensus lies with my version and not yours

"I agree with comments that immigrants do jobs our lot are to lazy to do"

If someone was saying this about black or brown people the SJWs would be screaming their isms and phobias to high heaven and rightly so!
The fact that they instigated this calumny makes it even worse !

It was used by the chairman of Next & Tory grandee to justify staffing his Doncaster warehouse with Polish workers in an area of high unemployment. Allegations were made that the jobs were never even advertised in the UK, and locals were rightly outraged about it.

Why would you be a suspect Bill? Unless of course you are an illegal immigrant?

The latest fingerprint readers take 5 different readings at different skin depths, even if you had identical dabs, the ones at a different depth would be different.

I take your point about the incompetence of the public sector though so perhaps the system would be best given over to the private sector to run on the states behalf.

I didn't actually suggest fingerprinting everyone in the UK, just those coming in & out, although it would be a possibility to do so, and those people leaving the UK would have their records called up and held locally on departure to save retrieval time on re entry.

Just think, no more issues with lost & stolen passports because they wouldn't work without the correct prints.

BTW your complacent 'few' illegals is an estimated 1 million in London alone ! many of them are being exploited in the fast food industry paid a pittance or the 'modern slavery' but then so long as it's your brown eyed favourites benefiting, what the hell eh?

The technology exists to take electronic fingerprint scans of individuals with an almost 100% accuracy. This could be used to monitor those who come to Britain and when the leave, It could be used to ensure the person with a visa is the one who applied for it, and identify people traffickers.

It could be used to verify the identity of workers suspected to be illegals quickly and painlessly.

Then again it would need to be backed by a computer system, and we all know how good the government are at those !

If any of these politicians grew a pair, and stopped worrying about the Social Justice Warriors they would arrest all of the migrant camps populace, ask if they had an asylum claim to make, and if not treat them as illegal immigrants and return them home!
It was something of a shock to hear that the body a camp member, washed up somewhere in Scandinavia was from Jordan - a country regarded as one of the safest in the Middle East! No doubt if & when he arrived in Britain he would have claimed to be from some other country.

The problem we have had is a Labour government which operated an open door policy followed by an idle Tory PM whose only interest was his own personal wealth.

We simply don't return failed asylum seekers, and until we spend some money doing so they will all want to come here for the generous benefits we offer.
I believe France charges the countries they come from for all the costs involved in processing them. We should be doing the same

Absolute rubbish !
They pay all the taxes they have to pay, such as stamp duties, property taxes, purchase taxes etc. Those who work there also pay the local income taxes too !

Most countries only provide a basic health system on the E111 and we have to take out travel insurance or private medical if we stay for longer.
Many Brits in Europe maintain a false residential status in the UK so they can continue to use the NHS for free.

Most foreign workers in the UK are not net tax contributors, unless you are a corrupt government statistician and add in employers NI the business VAT receipts per capita, corporation tax, and the tax from share dividends.

The government catches itself out when it tells us that on average we need to earn around £35K pa to be neutral on the state, and I imagine there are very few migrants earning more than that.

I wonder how many are members of more than one party ! There have been allegations of mischief makers joining Labour for £3 to vote Corbyn in.
