I agree with some comments above...this is more than a mistake or bad judgement...this is a total lack of respect for herself or her husband of whom was sitting in the front seat. Sickening .And you know the driver had to know as he was alert and driving. And to blame drunkeness? Nah you don't forget who you are and to whom you are married. "honey I was drunk" Nope no way...that's a cop out
